When Mom called me and let me know about the surgery, I immediately started praying. We serve an awesome, awesome God. You are more of an inspiration than you know, Tom because you are real. I obviously knew you were in the hospital and was worried, but I was too shortsighted to think about the fact that God might be using this as a way to help heal the very thing we were all (partly) praying about.
But man, the hospital scene overcrowding is giving me PTSD of how bad it was with my Dad there at the end, trying to even get him in.
